Leanne is an acomplished artist, with many design teams under her belt, she also has the huge honor of being a 2012 Scrapbooking Memories Master, and she is an absolute sweetheart as well

‘Hello Everyone! My name is Leanne and I am beyond excited to be this month’s Guest Designer for Manor House! I live in sunny Queensland, Australia with my husband of 13 years. Together we have four beautiful and quirky children – 1 daughter and 3 sons.

I have been scrapping for a little over three and a half years and my style would be best described as using clusters in white space. I also predominately scrap in the A4 size or 8.5in x 11in. Lately white cardstock has become my friend

and I love using layers and layers of pretty paper and accessories! Manor House flowers always add that extra special touch to my projects. If you would like to learn more about my creative style, please feel free to visit me at

Ending October in style

Today, we have a little something for everyone, from pretty pink and soft pastels, beautiful shabby chic creations, to rustic browns, and blues, in a gorgeous masculine layout from Tiffany.

This first, pretty in pink layout was created by the very talented Trudi Harrison. Combining an array of soft pink flowers, with the adorable images in the ‘Sweet Childhood’ paper collection from The Scrapcake.

Karen to has chosen some beautiful pink flowers for her shabby chic layout of her and her girlfriend.

Karen has given a more vintage shabby look to the flowers, by simply swiping the edges of the petals with some distress ink (antique linen).

Tiffany has made this gorgeous, masculine layout, featuring some stunning flowers from our ‘Winter collection’

Tiffany has inked some of the flowers, giving them a rich brown colour, while she has used white gesso on others, giving them a gorgeous rustic feel.

A beautiful gift box from Linda

Hi All!

It’s Linda here to share some Manor House Creations love with you

When I’m paper crafting I love to alter boxes – whether to use as gifts or to keep for myself.

The box I’m sharing with you today is being put to good use in my daughter’s bedroom…..

I’ve combined these gorgeous Manor House flowers - Royalty-Duchess; Sublime Aqua; Jubilee Coronation Cream; Sublime Baby Blue and Poetry White. The Manor House leaves have been coated with gesso and then spritzed with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Mist for a beautiful shine.

I hope you have some time this week to play with your own beautiful Manor House Creations flowers.

Green with envy – SPRING FLOWERS

Good morning.

Last week, we debuted our stunning spring release flowers, and pretty soon, they are going to start arriving in your local stores. We have been giving you little teasers all week, and today, we want to tempt you a little more, and hopefully get you running to your stores, asking for these spring beauties.

We are featuring some of our ‘green’ flowers from the collection today.

Joanne has created this wonderful work of art she calls ‘Journey’. It began its life as a humble shipping tag, and Joanne has worked her magic to create this stunning home decor piece, that will now take pride of place in her home.

Elena has made this beautiful note-book as a gift for a special friend.

Elena very cleverly made the pages of the book, dyed them in tea to make them look aged, then sewed the pages together, into a little note-book. She the sewed the lovely blue lace onto the front and back pages, to make this beautiful cover.

C’est Magnifique 1st anniversary blog hop on now!

A mixed media project from Elena

Hello from Elena. For this LO I decided to change the background a little bit by adding modeling paste layers , and the stencil. Then I misted it with grey and moos Starburst mists and added some mica. I was playing with 2Crafty chipboard by changing them with Gesso and some embossing powders. I adore using different techniques on embellisments and was very pleased with the experiments.

But Manor House flowers are in no need in altering, so this time I even didn’t add Gesso on them, just some drops of mica, for a light effect of shimmering.

I wanted to keep the quietness and delicacy of baby’s dream while he is sleeping and the flowers helped to strengthen this mood.
