I’m a happy, fun loving, Southern girl who lives in the Western North Carolina USA, mountains. I have two beautiful little boys who keep me running, they are 7 and 12. Cole is my younger and he’s Mr Energy. Will is my older son and he is disabled. Getting out of the house with him is a bit more challenging for me so I’m so blessed to be able to share my art with the world yet be at home with him. I live right next door to my best friend and sister, who also is a paper artist. We certainly are a dangerous pair at scrapbook expos. I have always participated in the arts in one form or the other, starting with pottery, then receiving my college degree in Jewellery/ Metal Production crafts and finally crossing over into paper after the birth of my first son. Art is my form of therapy and is an addiction that I love to share with others. I would describe my style as clean yet detailed. I love layers and have a great eye for colour and balance. I also love to bring a bit of metal into most of my work, hard to let my past not sneak into my projects.

Please feel free to check out more of my work at the following locations: Blog www.pinkcloudscrappers.blogspot.com, Pinterest : http://pinterest.com/pinkcloudscraps/lori-williams-work/

Chantal Vandenberg.biopic-001

Hello everyone!

My name is Chantal Vandenberg and I live in beautiful South Australia.  I enjoy documenting fun little snippets of everyday life and presenting them in such a way, to creatively bring them to life! Well, that is what scrapbooking means to me, anyway! :)  I’ve been scrapbooking now for 5 years and I mainly scrapbook my two gorgeous daughters, Lucy and Heidi, and occasionally I’ll also scrapbook photos of myself and my wonderful hubby too.  In a nutshell, I think my scrapbooking style is colourful, cute, fun and funky!

I have been so very fortunate to be published regularly in numerous magazines in Australia and overseas and I am currently on some absolutely awesome design teams, such as Flourish with a Bling, 2Crafty and Meg’s Garden.

Thanks sooo much for asking me to be a guest designer here at Manor House Creations!  I am truly honoured, and I hope you guys like my projects here… because I sure liked creating them!!!  You are always most welcome to visit me on my blog too;  http://girlsjustwannascrapbook.blogspot.com.au

Thanks once again!

Cheers,

Chantal

HELEN TILBURY

as our guest designer.

HELLS PROFILE PSD

‘Hi there!  My name is Helen Tilbury & you can find my blog at http://helentilbury.blogspot.com, where I blog under the name of SCRAP ADDICT.

I’ve been scrapbooking for 9 years now, online for 4 and creating things for my whole life!  I live in Durban, South Africa, with my husband, 4 kids

& 3 cats.  It’s challenging being a busy crafter here as I have to buy 90% of what I use online and import it myself but that’s a whole other fun side

to this creative life.  I’m on various Design Teams right now, Les Papiers de Pandore paper & stamp manufacturer from France, My Creative Scrapbook

Kit Club in America, Purple Pumpkin Embellishment manufacturer in Australia, Berry71Bleu tags on Etsy, Scrap Friends online store in Brisbane &

Scrapmatts chipboard team, also based in Australia.  I spend my mornings creating, blogging & working in my studio and my afternoons in my car

taking & fetching kids from their extra lessons and school activities, with a lot of waiting in between.  Thank Goodness for mobile phones & e mail!

I do a lot of that from my car!!  Thanks so much for having me here at Manor House Creations.  I’m a complete flower junkie & love adding

them to many of my layouts, not just the ones with girls in them!  Flowers are versatile & I love the dimension they add not to mention the shabby touch’.

Guest designer Jennifer Hodge

Hi, and welcome,

It is our great pleasure to welcome our guest designer

JENNIFER HODGE

to our blog today

‘Hi!! My name’s Jennifer and I’m an MHC addict! I’m a single Mum of three – 2 ‘typical’ boys and 1 gorgeous girl.  I have been stamping and scrapbooking in some form or another for over 20years!  I love to create, and inspire others, sharing my craft through my blog, facebook, industry magazines, shows, and teaching from my studio on the Gold Coast. I relish the challenge of Off The Page projects, love the story and emotion behind layouts and cannot resist making cards and ATC’s (artist trading cards).  I get bored very easily so my projects tend to vary wildly in style and colour, and I love that this means I am constantly trying new things.  I do have favourites though, and one of them is Manorhouse Creations flowers!  I have loved them from the moment I laid eyes on them and am completely honoured to be a guest designer.  I have so much fun with these gorgeous products – I hope you enjoy seeing my creations as much as I enjoy creating them!  Thank you again for this opportunity to share with you!’

‘Hello Everyone!  My name is Leanne and I am beyond excited to be this month’s Guest Designer for Manor House!  I live in sunny Queensland, Australia with my husband of 13 years.  Together we have four beautiful and quirky children – 1 daughter and 3 sons.

I have been scrapping for a little over three and a half years and my style would be best described as using clusters in white space.  I also predominately scrap in the A4 size or 8.5in x 11in.  Lately white cardstock has become my friend

and I love using layers and layers of pretty paper and accessories!  Manor House flowers always add that extra special touch to my projects.  If you would like to learn more about my creative style, please feel free to visit me at

my blog: Our Little Family

This wonderful altered frame was designed by Leanne for the fantastic magazine called  Etzcetera Magazine published by Kim Archer.

Twiddleybitz & MHC – Trudi Harrison

Hello again!  As you know we recently featured one of our favourite Australian chipboard manufacturers in partnership with MHC and now its time for another share from  a well-known member of their Design Team over at Twiddleybitz. Take a look at this summery-goodness from Trudi Harrison.

Trudi Says:

The Twiddleybitz 12 x 12 shadow box has been altered in the bright happy colours from the The ScrapCake Summer City collection.  A medley of gorgeous Manor House Creations create a floral tropical oasis.  Some of the blooms were altered with colour mists to create a coordinated look with the fabulous colours of the papers.

The petite roses had a little white gesso applied to their tips.

A new Twiddleybitz Lighthouse overlay features.  This was altered with the assistance of one of the new masking templates –The shingles one has been used here.

Amongst the flowers sit some little ‘Twiddley’ sea friends – these were cut from the
