Green with envy – SPRING FLOWERS

 Good morning.

Last week, we debuted our stunning spring release flowers, and pretty soon, they are going to start arriving in your local stores. We have been giving you little teasers all week, and today, we want to tempt you a little more, and hopefully get you running to your stores, asking for these spring beauties.

We are featuring some of our ‘green’ flowers from the collection today.

Joanne has created this wonderful work of art she calls ‘Journey’. It began its life as a humble shipping tag, and Joanne has worked her magic to create this stunning home decor piece, that will now take pride of place in her home.

Elena has made this beautiful note-book as a gift for a special friend.

Elena very cleverly made the pages of the book, dyed them in tea to make them look aged, then sewed the pages together, into a little note-book. She the sewed the lovely blue lace onto the front and back pages, to make this beautiful cover.

For the boys

Goodmorning crafty friends, and welcome to our blog.

Flowers are not only for girls, masculine layouts can look great with some flowers added as well. Many of us scrappers with boys, still need to satisfy our ‘passion for flowers’, and it is possible to retain the masculine feel of a layout, and still used lots of yummy flowers, as you can see below.

First up, is Yuka, with this totally adorable layout of her little boy. This wonderful mix of browns and blues are the perfect addition to the monochromatic, masculine papers.

‘NEW FLOWER’ Showcase

We are incredibly excited about our latest flower release. Our ‘Spring Collection’ is about to hit the shelves of your local stores, and we are getting rave reviews already from stores and customers alike. There is something in this collection for everyone. Theres lovely, glittery Christmas flowers, beautiful soft floral fabric flowers, lace flowers, and some of our most stunning paper flowers to date, in all shapes and sizes. We are also very excited about our new, smaller sized flowers, which are perfect not only for scrapbooking, but for our card makers as well.

So, without further ado, we introduce our ‘SPRING COLLECTION’

Yuka has designed an adorable little birthday crown, for her daughter to wear at her 5th birthday party.

Designer Inspiration featuring The Scrap Cake

Good afternoon friends.

We have some more wonderful creations from our talented designers, featuring a wonderful blend of Manor House Creations, and The Scrap Cake papers to show you today.

Yuka Hino is first up, and she has made this totally adorable card, featuring the  ’Sweet Childhood’ paper collection, designed by our very own Karola Witczak. There are so many cute little images on these papers, that are just crying out to be fussy cut.

A scrappy weekend to all

Goodmorning, we do hope you are all having a fabulous weekend, no matter where you are. Maybe you are lucky enough to be having a creative, scrappy weekend, and if so, then we have the post for you. Our new design team girls have been hard at work, and have created some truly stunning projects to share with you today…

Elena has created a wonderful, mixed media style layout, and has given the flowers a soft shabby look, by randomly painting some GESSO over them.

This next, delightfully cute layout is from Yuka.

TIP: If you need to fill a small space, try removing the outer petals from the flower, as Yuka has done here with the pink Whimsy flower.

Next, Gwen, has used a mix a moody mauves and blues, to scrap this stunning photo of her daughter.
