HI everyone! One of DT Educators, RAE COOPER, is going to share some of her creativity with you today by showing you how to make these adorable little cupcakes – you could go crazy with our Blossoms, making all manner of colour combinations. Let’s see what she used and how she did it.

Ingredients: Flowers, foam ball, lace, chippy circle, paper, pins & glue.

Well we are very pleased to bring you this fabulous step x step project which we think you will also love. If you’ve always wondered how Jeni creates all those gorgeous layers and intriguing details, well here’s you chance to learn with this truly eye-catching layout.

Here’s what Jeni had to say:

“I love mixing it up with different techniques using mixed media to alter the flowers and background to create a splash of colour. I had the idea that I wanted to show a mix of techniques with a variety flowers. So I’ve embossed, stamped, inked, glittered, used perfect pearls, Liquid pearls, gesso and made 3d ones. All are altered. Created the background using, a mask, mists, gesso and splatters of paint. I hope you like it.”

It`s Gerry here today with my step by step layout.

I mixed here two collections of The Scrap Cake – one of the new collection “One Moment in Time” and “The Bright Side of Life”.

I mixed also 4 different MHC flowers and I hand-made three flowers from MHC bloomers.

Perhaps you noticed that my photo is not perfect but it didn`t stop  me to scrap it. I`m not a fan of Photoshop and I didn`t want to edit it.

You also see that I don`t have a title. Instead I used a sentiment I printed from the Internet. It`s kind of a message to my kids. And of course I`ll make this layout once again so both kids will have a copy of it one day

Are you stressing over last minute gifts for some loved ones?  Lene has created this quick and easy birthday gift bag which could be easily adapted to a Christmas gift, filled with sweets or chocolates – always brings a smile to someone’s face.

Today we are going to share with you an absolutely fabulous video class with Delaina Burns, one of our ‘Lady of the House’ Educators.

Hi Everyone,

Its Melinda back with you today to share a step x step project with you.  I wanted to share a few different ways you can add a little more to your layouts.

Step 1 – I start off my layout by adding a little texture and dimension to my background.  Here I have used some modelling paste and a 6 x 6 Crafters Workshop template.  I have just randomly spread the modelling paste in a few different places.

Hello everyone, Delaina here with you today. I would like to share a Step by Step Lay Out that I created using these Beautiful, Manor House Creation Flowers, and The Scrap Cake papers.

Listed below are the supplies that you will need to create this project…

Hi Everyone!!!!
Joanne here with you today. Well it is just about full on summer here in Australia and because of that reason I thought I would do a super bright fun page using the gorgeous “Summer At The Seaside” collection by The Scrapcake, adding some beautiful Manorhouse flowers to the mix and you will have an explosion of colour on your page.
So this is the page you will be creating.

After cleaning my table I always find some leftovers and scraps that are worth to be saved for the next projects.
So here is an easy tutorial on creating pretty card just using everything left on your table.
I collected some paper scraps, fabric strip and the pink flowers I didn’t use, I added the other one.

Well hello! I hope you are all well..
I have created 2 tags to show you today using Donna Salazar Designs mixed media products and some gorgeous Manor House Creations flowers.
The Flying Unicorn online shop carries a lot of Clearsnap Donna Salazar Designs products HERE and it also carries a lot of Manor House Creations flowers HERE
I also have a step x step tutorial on how I put these together.

Linda has made this pretty little card using the TSC Springtime papers. Here, she shows you step x step, how to make it.

Hi Linda here. I have had lots of fun layering these beautiful papers to create interest on this feminine birthday card.

Hello Everyone!

Today I have mixed things up a bit.  Previous Spring,  Summer and Winter releases have been combined with some of the newly released Spring 2012 along with papers from the The ScrapCake Summer City.

We are also going to play with some colour – I hope you enjoy putting this together as much as I did.

For my layout ‘Laughter’, I have incorporated the following:

MHC Products:  Kyeesha – Orange & Yellow, Party Time – Anniversary, Petite Roses – Melon

Spring 2012 Release: Wild Rose – Sherbet, Powder Puff

The ScrapCake: Summer City – Blue Moon, Paradise, Banana Boat

Other Materials:  Contrast patterned paper (stars), Mask, Texture Paste, Glimmer Mists – Chalkboard Black & Turquoise Blue, Butterflies (Collections), Sentiment Rub Ons (Kaisercraft)

It is with great pleasure that we welcome the incredibly talented LORI WILLIAMS as our Guest designer.

Hi everyone! We are back from the Expo – what fun! And have nearly finished unpacking.

We have been getting requests for the instructions on how to make some of th card displayed at the Penrith Paper craft show & Brisbane Expo, so even though we do display a sign saying that not all kits include instructions, luckily we took some photos and are able to provide some instructions for these stunning cards made with our BELIEVE paper collection.

Here’s the display.

PLEASE NOTE: We use Twiddleybitz card packs for these cards.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Please note that cardstock is not included in this kit – You will need 1-2 sheets of apricot-coloured cardstock. If you cut the centres out of each one that has a cardstock border, you will have enough, otherwise you will need 2 sheets.

Hi everyone,

Its Melinda here and I am just popping up a quick and easy step x step on how I created this altered jar.  I have been so inspired lately by glass jars.  Whatever size or style, they can make a unique piece to any home decor and can also be easy altered to suit.

I just love this colour combination… and the jar I have used here was an old coffee jar, so really you can use anything at all and it will come up looking fantastic!

Step 1 – Select your chosen mist colours.  I have used Shimmerz Coloringz in LIME IN DA COCONUT & MAMA SINGS THE BLUES

Today, we have a special treat from one of our lovely scrappy friends, PATTI HAMILhas been kind enough to join us today, to share with you a wonderful idea she had for making our flowers even more beautiful.

Begin with a 4 cm x 18 cm strip of jute ribbon in moss green colour
